Our portfolio of products spans across the frozen and chilled fish and seafood categories. Whether off the shelf or bespoke items, our aim is always to find and match the right product with the right customer.
As well as supplying primary processed species such as Cod, Haddock, Seabass, Seabream and Salmon, we have a variety of value added products to offer. These include Oak Smoked Roasted Salmon Supremes, coated and en croute lines, as well as an extensive range of shellfish and seafood specialties.
We are regularly working to devise new products for the food service market to give our customers a better choice and to improve product quality and convenience. We are also committed to further developing our very own Blue Horizon and Blue Horizon Elite ranges by adding new and exciting products to our offering.
In addition we work continuously with many of our long standing Frozen at Sea suppliers to develop new tightly graded MSC Cod and Haddock fillets,
portions and loins.
